THE REMEDIES EXPRESSED IN THIS CONTRACT ARE THE SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDIES AVAILABLE. Warranty coverage will not be extended for repairs made necessary due to fire, water, spillage, storm, burglary, power line fluctuations, accident, negligence, or abuse. Any repair resulting from such causes or events will be subject to standard depot warranty charges.
